We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. 

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING

Unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Although we may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, such dates are good-faith estimates and are subject to change. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery caused by any third-party carrier or another delivery service not owned or controlled by us. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to any third-party carrier. We will reject orders where the delivery address is outside of North America.

 

SECTION 11 - RETURNS

All items may only be returned in limited circumstances and in accordance with the Shipping and Return Policy. If you are uncertain about your right to return a product, you may contact our customer support team here: contact@petjope.com. 

 All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are considered "Final Sale." Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms of Service or our Refund Policy, international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Jope does not cover, and will not reimburse, any costs associated with international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. By completing a purchase for international delivery, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all such charges and that the transaction is non-refundable. SECTION 12 – SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AND CANCELLATION 

When visiting the Website, you may purchase certain products either (i) as a one-time transaction or (ii) through our subscription plan, under which the payment method you provide at enrollment is automatically charged before each shipment on the cadence you select until you cancel.

If you enroll in a subscription, each payment will be automatically processed at the time of each shipment or installment and billed to the payment method you provided at enrollment (or as later updated in your account) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@petjope.com or by using any self-service cancellation method we make available in your account.

If a charge for a subsequent shipment is declined, you authorize us to (a) continue to attempt to process the payment and (b) contact you using any email address or telephone number you provided to obtain an updated payment method. Failure to pay may result in your order being suspended or cancelled. Additional, product-specific subscription benefits or terms (including promotional or progressive discounts) may apply as set forth below or at checkout.

 

SECTION 12.A – GB-01® GUT BALANCE SUBSCRIPTION: PROGRESSIVE DISCOUNT TERMS

(a) Overview.
For GB-01® Gut Balance subscriptions only, we offer a Progressive Discount consisting of two parts: an Initial Discount that applies to your first delivery, and an Extra Discount that reduces the price of each following delivery while your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. The program is subject to the limits, reset rules, and modification rights described below.

(b) Plans and Initial Discounts.
The Progressive Discount differs by plan (each, a “Plan”), defined by the supply quantity and delivery cadence you choose at enrollment:
• 2-Month Plan (delivery every 60 days): Initial Discount of 8%.
• 4-Month Plan (delivery every 120 days): Initial Discount of 18%.
• 6-Month Plan (delivery every 180 days): Initial Discount of 25%.

(c) Extra Discount per delivery.
Starting with the second delivery under a Plan, the GB-01 unit price automatically decreases by an Extra Discount applied to the previous delivery’s price (compounding) for each new delivery:
• 2-Month Plan – 3% Extra Discount per delivery.
• 4-Month Plan – 4% Extra Discount per delivery.
• 6-Month Plan – 5% Extra Discount per delivery.

The Extra Discount continues until the maximum total discount limit described below is reached.

(d) Maximum discount limit.
The total combined discount (Initial + Extra) cannot exceed 50% of the product’s launch MSRP ($29.90 as of November 14, 2025). Once this limit is reached, subsequent deliveries remain at that level unless and until a reset occurs.

(e) Reset events and continuity requirement.
Your accumulated discount (“Accumulated Discount”) resets to your Plan’s Initial Discount if, before the next charge is processed, you cancel, pause, skip, fail to pay, change plans (e.g., 2-Month to 4-Month or vice-versa), change quantities in a way that alters the plan, or we are unable to fulfill due to missing or incorrect information. After a reset, subsequent deliveries again apply the Extra Discount from the Initial Discount level.

(f) Courtesy exceptions.
We may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, adjust a shipment date or plan without resetting your Accumulated Discount. To request an exception, email contact@petjope.com before the scheduled processing date. Granting one exception does not create a right to future exceptions.

(g) Program changes and company rights.
Jope may modify, suspend, or end the Progressive Discount program, or any Plan, at any time and without prior notice. If the program is stopped, all accumulated benefits may be removed at Jope’s sole discretion. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you hold Jope harmless for any modification, suspension, or termination of this program.

(h) Errors and best-effort clause.
Because of the unique and evolving nature of this offer, occasional pricing or calculation errors may occur. Jope will use its best efforts to correct any such issues but shall not be held liable for any error, omission, or technical issue related to the administration of this program.

(i) Scope and exclusions.
The Progressive Discount applies only to GB-01 purchased on subscription through petjope.com and shipped to eligible addresses. It does not apply to one-time purchases, third-party marketplaces, bundles not expressly marked as eligible, taxes, shipping, or other fees, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise. We may limit quantities per customer or household.

(j) Returns and exchanges.
If a shipment receiving a Progressive Discount is returned or refunded, any credit or refund will reflect the price actually paid for that shipment, less any non-refundable shipping or handling, per our Returns Policy.

(k) Example (2-Month Plan).
Assuming a launch MSRP of $29.90:
• Delivery 1 – Initial Discount 8% → $27.51
• Delivery 2 – Extra Discount 3% on previous price → $26.68
• Delivery 3 – Extra Discount 3% on previous price → $25.88
• …and so on, compounding until the 50% maximum discount limit is reached.

 

SECTION 13 - GIFT AND OFFER CODES; REFERRAL PROGRAM 


From time to time, Jope may offer qualified consumers “gift codes” or “offer codes” through a variety of promotional activities and communications (collectively referred to herein as “offer codes”) that are redeemable towards a purchase on petjope.com, while supplies last, and subject to specific merchandise exclusions or any other restrictions as may be determined and communicated by Jope in its sole discretion. Only valid offer codes provided or promoted by Jope will be honored at checkout. Codes supplied or promoted by third parties unauthorized by Jope (including any unauthorized third-party websites) will not be considered valid. Each offer code promoted by Jope is non-transferable and valid for single use on an item (or items) of merchandise as determined by Jope. Offer codes may not be combined, are valid only on full-priced items unless stated otherwise, may not be used on any items that are marked as “Final Sale” unless stated otherwise, and may not be used in conjunction with the Jope Referral Program – customers are limited to the use of a single offer code per order. Offer codes cannot be used toward the purchase of non-branded merchandise, packaging or applicable taxes. For online purchases, the code must be entered in the ‘offer code’ field at checkout. Jope is not responsible for lost, stolen, or corrupted codes or any unauthorized use of codes. Offer codes cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent; no substitutions or credits are allowed. The dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. If an offer code provides for a free or discounted item(s) with a qualifying purchase, the full retail value of the free or discounted item(s) will be deducted from any refunded amounts if the free or discounted item(s) are not returned with the qualifying product. Expiration dates may apply to each offer code. Offer codes are void if copied, transferred, sold, exchanged or expired, and where prohibited. Requests not complying with all offer code requirements will not be honored.

Spokespeople. From time to time, Jope may also engage spokespeople, influencers, bloggers, or other individuals or entities who have been compensated or incentivized to speak on behalf of the brand. When you receive an offer code via a third-party source, such as a television or radio show host, please note that such individuals may have been compensated by Jope for their statements.

Referral Program. Jope offers brand advocates the opportunity to refer friends to participate in the Jope Referral Program. For the terms and conditions of the JopeReferral Program, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms, please see Referral Terms. Offer codes may not be used in conjunction with the Jope Referral Program.

 

SECTION 14 - ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You agree that we may communicate electronically with you and that such communications, as well as notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, are equivalent to communications in writing and shall have the same force and effect as if they were in writing and signed by the party sending the communication.

The information presented on our site is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Jope is committed to improving the lifestyle of your pet. You understand, however, that our products and the statements on our site have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration or medical professionals, and our products and the information on our site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health problems, illnesses, or diseases. The information on our site or provided to you in emails or other communications is designed for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for informed medical advice or care. You agree that you will cease immediately from using our products on your pet if he/she experiences any ill effects or unintended side effects of any product. Jope does not warrant or represent that all information about our products is error-free. All product specifications, performance data, and other information on our site is for informational and illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee or representation that the Products will conform to such specifications or performance data. Jope does not warrant or represent that our products will provide your pet with any particular benefits or that your results will match those of others who use our products.
